ABOUT DR. SAUNDERS
Dr Saunders specializes in a blend of Freudian, Reichian and Lacanian psychoanalysis. She  integrates a depth approach (unconscious conflicts) to promote emotional well-being.

IONE'S STORY
Ione's counseling identity is rooted in her personal journey. From her own experience, she has learned various ways to support clients who may be working through challenges related to addiction, abuse, depression, relationships, career changes, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
As a therapist, she believes in adjusting her approach to the needs of her clients but as an individual, she maintains five core values; authenticity, inspiring others, trust, enlightenment & integrity, which help to create a safe space for those who choose to allow her on their journey towards healing.​
